They are an excellent facility. They have magnet status. It's an awesome place to work. They have so many benefits for their employees-esp.nurses.

Advice for prospective applicants:

It helps to talk to the nursing director of the unit you'd like to be on before you go and apply. Find out if they need to fill any positions on that unit. The nursing director is the one who will really make it happen for you.
